Frantoi Cutrera's family estate is situated in Chiaramonte Gulfi, in the heart of the Iblei mountains in southeast Sicily. For many generations, the family has devoted their skills to the cultivation of the olive. This olive oil is hand pressed and extracted through a continuous cold cycle using a hand selected blend of olives. Full bodied, well balanced bitter and spicy, has aromas or artichoke and oregeno. It appears cloudy through natural decantation and is a product of Southern Sicily. (40027)
